Breach Notification

Any data breach, whether suspected or confirmed, will be immediately reported to the President. If there is significant risk, we will perform a self-assessment, notify the PDPC and affected individuals as required.

We do not disclose, sell or rent your data. Disclosure only occurs under:

• Legal Obligations: Law enforcement or government mandates
• Consent: With your explicit written consent

Cookies and Authentication

We use cookies solely for authentication purposes. These cookies are essential for enabling secure login and maintaining session integrity. They do not track users for advertising or analytics purposes.

When you log in, we retrieve and store your email address. This email is used only for authentication and authorization. We do not use this information for marketing, profiling, or any third-party sharing.

AI Usage

We use Google’s Gemini AI models solely to verify the accuracy of user submissions and to detect any inclusion of personal data. All data is processed in accordance with Google’s enterprise-level privacy and data protection policies. No information is shared with Google for training or improving their AI models. All inputs are handled confidentially and used only for these limited, clearly defined purposes.
