Operational Risk
Bread Breakers is volunteer-run with limited capacity. Requests may be delayed, declined, substituted, or cancelled when verification, funding, supply, safety, or delivery requirements cannot be met.
Technology and Security Risk
Reasonable controls reduce but cannot eliminate outages, fraud, cyberattack, third-party service failure, or data loss. Sensitive information should be shared only through approved channels.
Financial and Reporting Risk
Public balances depend on reconciliation and may lag bank activity. Corrections are posted transparently rather than silently rewriting completed records.
