Purpose
These terms govern use of the website, donation facilities, referral confirmations, and participation in Bread Breakers activities.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Use services lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not misuse personal data, action links, or restricted systems.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, authority, needs, or relationship with Bread Breakers.
Donors and Referrers
Donations are voluntary and not tax-deductible. Referrers must have authority to submit or confirm the information they provide. Support remains subject to verification, available resources, and safeguarding requirements.
Availability and Liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law. Access may be suspended for security, misuse, or legal reasons.
