Whistleblowing Policy
How concerns about misconduct, fraud, corruption, or unsafe conduct can be raised.
Purpose
Reports made in good faith are handled confidentially and without retaliation. If a report concerns the Chair, it should be directed to another committee member so review can remain independent.
Reportable Concerns
- Corruption, bribery, fraud, theft, forgery, or misuse of funds.
- Unlawful, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or retaliatory conduct.
- Serious privacy, safeguarding, recordkeeping, or governance failures.
How to Report
Use the Contact page and provide the people involved, dates, events, available evidence, and a safe way to respond. Anonymous information will be considered, although contact details may help an investigation.
