1. Offer Assistance for Longer-Term Needs

Register as a partner, select a Campaign, then use the Support Household link to connect with a social worker.

An email will be sent to both the team member and the social worker so you can coordinate the delivery details and discuss how to best meet the household’s needs.
2. Reserve the Funds Before Your Purchase

Once the social worker has confirmed the request and delivery details, go to back to the respective Campaign, and select Ringfence Request to reserve the funds before you make your purchase.

Upload the supporting screenshots when submitting your Ringfence Request. This helps us maintain transparency and accountability.
3. Buy, Deliver, and Get Reimbursed (Submit a 'Claim')
Once your Ringfence is approved, you're ready to go!

Go to the Partners page and select Claim. You can also view your list of requests and their current status here.
Note: If you've made an error in the Ringfence submission, select Cancel and resubmit a new Ringfence request.
