3. Offer Assistance

The Budget Steward may now visit the Partners page and select Support Household to connect with a social worker.

An email will be sent to both the Budget Steward and the social worker so you can coordinate the delivery details and discuss how to best meet the household’s needs.

Budget Stewards may also offer ad hoc assistance by Signing In to our platform and selecting Assist from our home page (Items In Need). Note: Ringfence Requests are only required when claiming reimbursements from our Beneficiary Fund.
5. Buy, Deliver, and Get Reimbursed ("Claim From Budget")
- Purchase the item and have it delivered to the address provided by the social worker.
- Ensure the social worker acknowledges that the item has been received. This step helps us maintain transparency and good governance.
